Cancellations
Your deposit is non refundable, but in certain circumstances, we can transfer your paid deposit to secure a different date or name change, see more below:
If you cancel on the day of your booking, you are due the full room rate. This will be charged automatically to your card.
If you cancel your booking within 10 days of your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable, nor is it transferable.
If you cancel your booking 10 days +, we can transfer your paid deposit to a different date available or different name.
